He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter S. Melnick, Sr. and Wanda Sulik Melnick; and his nephew Brandon. He is survived by: his wife Marie Patricia Melnick; his daughter Tracie Melnick King (Henry); his grandchildren, Samuel, Annarose and Michael Walter; his brother Wayne (Sheri); and his nieces and nephews, Caitlin (Ryan), Samantha, Spencer, Stephen, Adam, Heather (Steve), Anthony, Billy, Rickey and Kathryn.
