He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd W. Scarboro and Phyllis Shaw Scarboro. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Snyder Scarboro; his children, Jeanette Neise (Erich) and Robert Scarboro; and his grandson Erich R. Neise.
