It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Yashkas of Stockton, New Jersey, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2022, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Yanchuk and John Yanchuk; her husband Joseph Yashkas; her brothers, Joseph, Edward, George, Bernard, John and Thomas; and her grandson Joey Yashkas.

She is survived by: her children, James (Bernadette Yashkas) of Flemington, NJ, Susan (Charles Weber) of Stockton, NJ and Diane (Grant Macdonald) of Morrison, CO; her grandchildren, Leanne, Amy and Brian; and her great grandchildren, Lucy, Charlie, Annie, Evvy, Eliza, Winnie, Ruby, Jack and Hazel.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to Apraxia Kids, Barth Syndrome Foundation, or St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
