He was predeceased by: his sister Josephine. He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Michelle Santaliz (Gil), Catherine Rossi (Renso Cornejo) and Fred Jr. (Tracey); his grandchildren, Kate Santaliz, Caia Rossi and Nick Rossi; his siblings, Joe (Georgia) and Marlene (Bill); his brother-in-law Bill Shepard; and his siblings, Frank and Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
