With solemn reverence, we commemorate Charles Edwin Steen IV of Stirling, New Jersey, born in Morristown, New Jersey, whose life came to an end on September 27, 2024 at the age of 57, leaving behind cherished memories. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Laurie Jean Yakabouski; his children, Jacquelyn Steen and Charles Edwin Steen V; his parents, Charles Edwin Steen III and Marie Steen (Bryan); his sister Valerie Zanardi (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Catherine, Spencer and Caroline Zanardi; and his siblings-in-law, Corinne Yakabouski and Matthew Yakabouski.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Stonecrest Community Church (11 Technology Dr N, Warren, NJ 07059).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Charles' memory to Stonecrest Community Church, 11 Technology Dr. N., Warren, NJ 07059, or Grace Calvary Church, 1902 Long Beach Blvd., Ship Bottom, NJ 08008.
