He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes Driscoll (Sheiler) and Louis Driscoll; and his children, Suzy Ahlers and Peter Driscoll. He is survived by: his wife Rose Driscoll (Thornton); his children, Terry Driscoll (Cari), Cindy Lewis, Patti Frederick and Debbie (Andy Matthews); his children-in-law, Sue Driscoll and Walter Ahlers; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Katie, David, Julie, Billy, Megan of Andrew, T. J., Elizabeth of Amanda, A. J., Ryan and Timothy.
Visitation for Charlie will be private due to COVID exposure.
