He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Crisman Earl and Elsie Fuchs Earl; his wife Helen Earl (Gaisler); his sister Ruth Earl Counterman; and his children, William J. Earl (Marion) of Seattle and Jan Earl Herd (Ed) of Lyndell, Pennsylvania. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
