He was predeceased by: his father Emil Thoenig. He is survived by: his wife Una Lee Williams-Thoenig; his brother Ronald Thoenig (Jill); his niece Tara Tosti (Tom); his great-nephew Tommy; his nephew Todd Thoenig; his stepdaughters, Donna Blevins (Ed) and Laura D'Eliseo (Michael); and his children, Susan Ramberg, Shawn Kenny (April), Colleen Saffron (Terry), Russell Kenny and Rudy Sarate (Alyssa). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
