He was predeceased by: his father Herbert Burham; his brother Herbert Burham Jr.; and his son Michael T. Burham. He is survived by: his mother Betty DeHaas Burham; his wife Kathy; his children, Nicholas, Stacie (Jason), Kyle and Megan; his grandchildren, Troy, Cory, Brianna, Savannah, Nathaniel "Louie", Trey, Ayden, Blake, Laylah "Sammy", Anthony and Leland; his great grandchild Kyler; and his siblings, Lisa Armbrecht and David Higgins (Dawn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
