He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floyd and Hattie Foulk; and his aunt Shirley Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Judith Foulk (Faust); his sons, Brian Foulk (Susan Kerbaugh), Christopher Foulk (Marcella) and Jedd Foulk (Mary); his grandchildren, Lucas, Pearce, Ella and Shayna; and his siblings, Joseph Bogusky (Joyce), Donald Bogusky (Genieve) and Heddy Vymazal (Paul).
