She is survived by: her children, Terry Wolfinger (Bruce), Brenda Mondzak (Kevin), Tammy Hill (Gary) and Roy Hackman Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Bruce Jr., Dennis, Stephanie, Nicholas, Jacqueline, Thomas and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Madison, Kierra, Mya and James; and her siblings, Jeanette, Frank and Alfred.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial in Patricia's name may be made to Greenwich Township Emergency Squad.
