She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Dowd (Kirspel) and William J Dowd; her sons, Jerome and John Phillip; her siblings, Barry Dowd, William Dowd and Judith Van Ysseldyk (Dowd); and also Dr. Jerome Vogel.
She is survived by: her husband Dr. Jerome Vogel; her daughters, Lori Vogel, Carolynn Vogel, Cheryl Vogel (Steve Schlachter) and Victoria Lange; her daughter-in-law Karrie Vogel; her sons, William Vogel and Jeffrey (Carol Vogel); and her siblings, Martin, Margaret, Maureen and Debra. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The foundation worked to assist needy and disabled children.
