She is survived by: her parents, Louis Sica and Yvette Olivine Boucher Sica; her son Arlo Ozias Miller; her siblings, Gretchen Phoenix, Olivia Cosquer (Patrick), Veronica Light (Kris), Quentin Sica (Stephanie) and Blaise Sica (Rebecca); and her nieces, Amelie, Brielle, Aurora, Romea, Ava and Riley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions would greatly be appreciated to a Trust set up for Samantha's son.
