He was predeceased by: his spouse Marie; his children, William and Jerry; his grandchild Fortunato Criscuolo; and also Eleanor.
He is survived by: his child Kimberly A. Suazo (Edwin); his grandchild Angela Criscuolo; his great grandchild Gabriella Criscuolo; and his sibling Fay Egan.
