He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia Menagh. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his siblings, Deborah Goodman, Mary Jeanne O'Grady (Terry), Richard Jr., Theresa Williams and James; and his stepchildren, Cameron, Danielle and Andrea. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, 9 great nieces and nephews and many cousins and dear friends.
