He was predeceased by: his father Stanislaus Donofrio. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Donofrio; his sister Madeline Coe; his children, Thomas H. Donofrio of Le Raysville, PA, William Donofrio of Byram, NJ, Peggy Zeeb (Peter) of Venice, FL and Debra Mary Wieboldt (Guy) of Fredon Twp; his grandchildren, Laura Zeeb of Las Vegas, NV, Caitlyn Vest (Scott) of Winter Haven, FL and Shawn Wieboldt (Taylor Wieboldt) of Williamsport, PA; and his great grandchild Harper Grace Vest. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
