He is survived by: his pet Hulu; his wife Joan De Boer (Washburn); his nieces, Amy D'Arcangelo (Jim), Joy Matranga (Chris), Julie Kranert (Chris) and Jen Washburn; his sister-in-law Diane Simmons; his great-nephews, Ethan Kranert, Leonardo D'Arcangelo and Nathan Matranga; and his great-niece Elise Kranert.
