He is survived by: his sons, Michael Niper (Heather) of Matamoras, PA and Jeffrey Niper Jr. (Tina) of Hiller, PA; his siblings, Debby Pagliara (Cliff) of Branchfield, NJ, Edward Niper Jr. Dingmans Ferry (Lisa) and Jodi Niper of Hackettstown, NJ; and his grandchildren, Angeliette Niper, Cora Hughson, Ryleigh Niper, Grace Niper and Bryson Grow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
