He was predeceased by: his parents, Lebert A. Hofmann and Jo Ann Hofmann (Zesch). He is survived by: his wife Christine L. Hofmann (Tomaszeski); his children, Brandon Chalecki, Jason Hofmann (Meg), John Hofmann (Monica), Amanda Warner-Horner (Mike) and Rachael Warner (John); his grandchildren, Chase, Trent, Lucy, Jayden, James, Garrett and Lyra; and his siblings, Danny Hofmann (Margaret), Scott Hofmann (Pam), Rod Hofmann, Jodi George (Chris) and Guy Soeder. He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews.
