He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Width (Henry) and Talmage Ross (Jessie). He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ross (Lynnie) of Fort Mill, SC; his children, Darrol Jr. (Denise), Jeff (Jen), Julie (Rich), Todd (Heather), Mitzi, Jordan (George) and Steve (Meg); and his sisters, Sandy, Sharon (Jim) and Tam (Bill). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren.
