He is survived by: his wife Margot Adamcik; his children, Andrew Adamcik Jr., Lisa Maguire (Francis), Amy Mezger, Christopher Adamcik, Mark Adamcik (Carmen) and Karen Piszel (Drew); his siblings, Joan Lockwood, Richard Adamcik (Anne) and Michael Adamcik (Felice); and his grandchildren, Kevin Smith, Anthony Formoso Adamcik, William Smith, Connor Maguire of Madison Adamcik, AJ, Ryan Piszel and Mason Adamcik.
