He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Fasolo; and his brother Francis Fasolo. He is survived by: his children, Jean McDonnell (Daniel), Paul Fasolo (Lynn), James Fasolo and Joseph Fasolo (Laura); his grandchildren, Matthew Caputo (Erin), Brian Fasolo, Kathryn Fasolo, Bennett Fasolo and Augusten Fasolo; and his great grandchildren, Jax Caputo and Emma Fasolo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
