He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma Kulish (Omahne) and John J. Kulish; and his siblings, Velma Ditzel (Theodora Kiriakatis Kulish), Angela Classi (Matthew) and Peter Kiriakatis (Elaine).

He is survived by: his grandchildren, Matthew, Mary Grace and Lucas; his daughters, Jacquelynn Jedrzejek (Robert), Cynthia Kulish (Robert Abbott), Barbara Anne Thompson (Garold) and Valerie Huang (Joseph); and his great grandchildren, Aaron Richards and Ella Jedrzejek.
