She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan Ziomek and Aniela Ziomek; her husband John S. Dlugosz; and her children, Carolyn Hart, Maryann Yurecko and John M. Dlugosz.
She is survived by: her daughter Eileen Raj (Richard); and her daughter-in-law Jan Dlugosz. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
