She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Tack and Evelyn Ruther Potterfield Tack. She is survived by: her brothers, Gregory A. Tack (Julie) and Don Tack (Susan); her nephews, Christopher, Jason and Steven Tack; her niece Jennifer; and her aunt Dolores Tack.
Memorial donations for Barbara may be sent to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
