He was predeceased by: his wife Marie. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Wingard, Jr. of San Diego, CA, Ellen Gannon (Kevin) of Spring Lake and James "Jim" Wingard (Karin) of Spring Lake; his grandchildren, Denise Klein (PJ) of Wilmington, NC, Christin Nugent (Michael) of Safety Harbor, Fla, Cecelia, James and Matthew Wingard of Spring Lake; and his great grandchildren, Hadley Drew, Georgia Pearl Nugent, Keegan Marie and Palmer Elizabeth Klein.
