He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Decker; and his son Victor Decker. He is survived by: his children, Jason Decker, Gloria DeFalco and Rena Decker.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery (350 Province Line Rd, Wrightstown, NJ 08562).
