He is survived by: his wife Eileen Marie Rummler Ahern; his children, Natalie Percello (Chris) of Charleston, SC, Molly Harrison (Brad) of Wall, NJ, Michael Ahern of Los Angeles, CA and Spencer Ahern of Manasquan, NJ; his grandchildren, Miles, Ryder and Eva; and his sisters, Jeanne Marie McGreal of Yorktown Heights, NY and Constance Skokos of Belmar, NJ..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Robert's name to Alzheimer's Association Greater New Jersey Chapter, 3 Eves Dr. #310 Marlton, NJ 08053.
