She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ix and Florence Ix; and her husband Thomas J. Flaherty Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Tom; her sons, Thomas J. Flaherty III of Vero Beach and Sean C. Flaherty; her daughter-in-law Katie Flaherty; her grandsons, Liam of Spring Lake, NJ. and Shayne of Spring Lake, NJ.; her sister Florence Kiley; and also Fla.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the following: Jersey Shore University Medical Center in the name of Dr. Drew Greeley at 1945 Route 33, Neptune, NJ 07753 or Monmouth Medical Center in the name of Dr. Sang Sim 300 Second Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740.
