It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Toal of Spring Lake, New Jersey, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Toal and Rosemary Toal; and his brother Arthur. He is survived by: his brother John Toal (Suzanne) of Westfield; his nephews, Ryan and Sean; and his niece Victoria.
