He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Caren, Michael, Steven and Maris; his children-in-law, Michael Seckler, Kerry Pasquale, Phillipa Soo and Jon Doran; his grandchildren, Sophia, Margaret, Elizabeth Seckler, Lauren, Colin, Mallory Pasquale, Madeleine Pasquale, Hudson and Nolan Doran; and his siblings, Tina Kemper, Susan Powell, Joanne Willis, Thomas and Peter Pasquale.
For those interested, donations to the Lustgarten Foundation, whose focus is pancreatic cancer research, would be appreciated.
