She was predeceased by: her husband William Wesley Sharp III; her son William W. Sharp IV; and her son-in-law James Holts. She is survived by: her children, Michael Sharp (Rhonda) of Beesleys Point, Rosemarie (Dennis Owens) of Spring Lake, Lynn (Gerry Waser) of Hobe Sound, FL., Sandra (Charles Rice) of Herndon, VA., Patricia Holts of Hobe Sound, FL and Theresa (Joseph Hazley) of Oakhurst; her sister Rose DiIonno of Spring Lake; and her daughter-in-law Ginny Sharp of Bronxville, N. Y. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
