He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Theresa A. Raffetto; his children, Joseph Raffetto III (Carey) of Julian, Linda Bassini (Dale) of Brick, Valerie Manfredini (Giancarlo) of Bedonia, Laura Holl of Spring Lake, Christina Foerst (Drew) of Sea Girt and Theresa Raffetto of Manhattan; and his sister Gloria Palmer of Wall. He was also cherished by his 11 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, two nephews.
