He was predeceased by: his parents, Edna Tichacek and Joseph Tichacek; his sister Joyce Sheehan (Russ); and his mother-in-law Mary B. Leahy. He is survived by: his sons, Kyle and Matt; his sister Carol Lee Bender (Phil); his nephews, Russ Sheehan (Jackie), Rich Sheehan (Marie) and Philip Bender (Cara); his niece Suzanne Fuller (Devin); his father-in-law John Leahy, Sr. (Maureen); and his siblings-in-law, John, Kevin Leahy (Cory), Christine and Michele Leahy. He is also survived by cousins, great-nieces and nephews.
