It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvira Winters (Spring Lake, New Jersey), born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on August 10, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul F. Winters; her great grandchild Maxwell; and her siblings, Anthony J. Sisti and Josephine E. Sisti. She is survived by: her mother Jeanette W. Oliver; her husband George; her great grandchildren, Audrianna and Reza; and also, Paul A. Winters, Mary E. Winters, Elizabeth S. Winters, Nanel, Christopher, Janna, Taylor, Geoffrey, Kate, Andrew and Kristen.
