She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lau and Marie Collins Lau (Collins); her grandparents, Jane (Lannon), John Collins, Catherine (O'Connell) and George Lau; her sister-in-law Opal Lau; and her cousins, Mary Jane Dolan (Meehan), Agnes Weidner, Catherine Taninies, Florence Southerton and Margaret Richard.
She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Cappadoccia, William (Eileen) of West Belmar and John; her nieces and nephews, Patricia Cappadoccia (John Danzak) of Garfield, NJ, Nancy (Jim Murphy) of Bethlehem, PA, John Cappadoccia (Chris) of Raleigh, NC and Timothy Lau of East Norriton, PA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Celest Cappadoccia, Bridget, Molly Lau, Quinn Murphy, David, Derek Cappadoccia, Charlie Harrison and Casey Murphy; and her close friends, Nancy Fahy and Virginia Nelson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties (FULFILL) 3300 Rt. 66, Neptune, NJ 07753. Donation envelopes will be provided at funeral home.
