Sylvester (Spring Lake, New Jersey), born in Belmar, New Jersey, who passed away on January 23, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Chief John Martin Sylvester Sr.; her parents, Charles Heyniger and Elizabeth Heyniger; and her siblings, Earl, Arthur, Charles, Louis Heyniger and Olga Heyniger.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Michael, Emily Doran and Eliana Sylvester. She is also survived by her two sons and their spouses, John Martin Sylvester Jr and his wife Doreen of Berkley Heights and Stephen Mark Sylvester and his wife Patricia of Hamilton, her grandchildren.
