She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McCusker and Catherine McCarthy McCusker; and her siblings, Roseanne M. McCusker, Joseph and James McCusker.

She is survived by: her cousin Paul McCarthy; and her nieces and nephews, AnnMarie Beckmann, Barbara Weber, Joseph and Richard McCusker.

Donations in lieu of flowers are specifically requested to be made in memory of Cathleen McCusker to her beloved Sisters of Saint Joseph, Development Office, 9701 Germantown Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19118.
