He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lee (Forrest). He is survived by: his children, Susan Onderdonk Haste and Jeffry Onderdonk of Euless; his grandchildren, Adam William, Garrett Aiden Haste, Kathryn Mary, Rebecca Ann and Thomas Archer Onderdonk; his children-in-law, Cameron Haste and Tina Onderdonk; and his sister Carol Milonas.
