Robert E. Hammond Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2025, at the age of 74, Robert E. Hammond of Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hammond and Margaret Hammond; and his siblings, Thomas Hammond, William Hammond and Jane Flaherty.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Hammond; his daughters, Lauren Lynaugh (Donald), Meghan Shedlick (Brian) and Kate Minkowicz (Martin); his grandchildren, Kaleigh, Jack, Leah, Jake, Olivia, Dylan, Michaela and Makenzie; and his brother John Hammond. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Brien Funeral Home-Wall (2028 NJ-35, Wall Township, NJ 07719). A Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catharine Church (215 Essex Ave, Spring Lake, NJ 07762).
