She is survived by: her husband Joseph O'Toole; her children, Joseph O'Toole (Claire), Donald O'Toole (Laura) and Laureen Mauro (Glenn); her sisters, Kathy McMahon and Peggy Dineen; her grandchildren, Joseph, Kenneth, Caitlin, Timmy, Brittany, Brianna, Meaghan and Arthur; and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Joseph, Luke and Brielle.
