He was predeceased by: his parents, William McGinley and Alice McGinley. He is survived by: his wife Maureen McGinley; his children, Kevin B. McGinley, Shannon Keogh (Kevin) of Cranford and Kerrie McDonnell (John) of Brick; and his brothers, Sean (Pat) of Neptune, Patrick (Mary) of Parsippany and Liam (Judy) of South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tenn., 38105 in his memory.
