With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John McKeown of Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey, who passed away on July 9, 2021 at the age of 79. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John McKeown to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and John J. McKeown; and his sister Ruth McKeown. He is survived by: his wife Doris (McEnroe); his sister Anne Schrumpf of Garland, Texas; his children, Laura McKeown Ballas (Chris), Jeff McKeown of Belmar, Mark McKeown (Michelle) of Carlsbad, CA and Kari Cosseboom (Tom) of Wall; his daughter-in-law Beth Ann McKeown of Belmar; and his grandchildren, Mike, Kyle, Rob, Kayla, Connor, Kaity, Claire, Brian, Dylan, Shane and Gavin. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution in Jack's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
