He is survived by: his parent James Frost; his sibling William; his wife Regina Donovan Frost; his children, Patricia Ruggirello, John Ruggirello of Monmouth Beach, Catherine "Kit" of Durango, CO, Sandra of Manalapan, Monmouth Beach, Regina of New Providence, Belmar, Marie DeMasi of Westfield, Mark, Diane of Freehold, Mary Ellen and Alan Kitchen of Center Valley, PA.; his brother-in-law William Donovan; and his friend Ted Paliwoda.
