He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Caroline (Ryan Kosowsky) and John Anthony Jr.; his grandchildren, Rory and Madelynn Kosowsky; his siblings, Mary Ann (John Cernak), Mark (Cynthia Styslinger), Theresa (Gene Casagrande) and Jane (Steve Kunzweiler); and his siblings-in-law, Roxanne (Jorge Alonzo) and Emilio Mahomar. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews, as well as great nieces & nephews.
