He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Belcher; and his stepparents, Barbara Boor Belcher and Archibald J. A. Chester, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Nancy H. Chester of Groton, CT; his siblings, Carol Arvanites (James) of Groton, CT, William Reeve of Princeton, NJ, James Reeve of Salisbury, NC and Susan Aschenbrenner (Richard) of Concord, NC; his niece Shaylyn; and his nephews, Benjamin, Jackson and Keaton. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
