He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elizabeth; and his brothers, William, Thomas, John, Phillip and Bartholomew.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, Colleen Ruegger (Charles) of Morris Plains, NJ, Kevin Driscoll (MaryRose) of Greenwich, CT and Thomas Driscoll (Pamela) of Bridgewater, NJ; and his grandchildren, Claire, Charles, Patrick, Madeleine, Jack, Matthew, Timothy and Noelle. He is also survived by his family and friends.
