She is survived by: her children, John Cook, Jr. (Maria), Theresa Molyneux (John) and Elizabeth Davis; her siblings, Kathy Roberts and Antone Lucas, Jr.; her grandchildren, Timothy, Ashley, Kevin, Emily and Allison; her great grandchildren, Amaya and JJ; and her pet Noah.
