He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving R. Stevens and Dorothy Stevens (Norman); and his brother I. Roger Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Mary Kathleen Olsen (William), Michael R. Stevens (Teresa), Thomas N. Stevens, Timothy M. Stevens (Lisa) and Daniel B. Stevens (Lisa); and his siblings, John Stevens (Barbara) and Mary Dolce (Joe). He is also survived by his fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
