He was predeceased by: his brothers, William and Donald Chasan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Chasan; his sons, Michael Chasan (Merrie) and Steven Chasan (Mariellen); and his granddaughters, Nicole (Josh) of Kelsie, AJ and Emily.
